Brian is the founder of the company and has over 50 years of experience in the design of precision machined components, mouldings, welded assemblies and vacuum assemblies using ferrous & non-ferrous metals. Brian successfully completed an apprenticeship in Military Vehicles & Engineering before starting work for the UKAEA .Brian loves his sea fishing and can often be found fishing for bass on the Poole coast line.

James is a master when it comes to joining all types metal and has extensive knowledge of mechanical design and assembly in the nuclear, aerospace and automotive industries.  James started his career working as toolmaker before working for a leading nuclear company running a team manufacturing nuclear instrumentation. James loves spending time with the family of long walks and getting out on his paddle board.

Kevin is an expert when it comes to cleaning for high vacuum and has extensive experience in the nuclear and semiconductors industries.  Kevin studied physics at Bath University and ran a research development team specialising in joining, cleaning, coating and vacuum processes for 12 years.  Kevin loves spending time in his workshop tinkering and playing his bass guitar.
